Events Joy16 October 2026Max was great. He identified a problem that multiple other hvac companies could not with regards to my secondary drain constantly leaking. It was the position of the unit not a clogged primary. He also quoted less for the same services as other companies in the area. My AC stopped working mid day on a Friday, I looked for repair companies and the reviews for Shalom were pretty good, so I scheduled them to come out for Monday. Max arrived within the time slot that was given, and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He explained everything to me so I understood, and took care of the problem. He advised me of a secondary issue that could arise from the lack of routine maintenance (totally my fault, it used to be an automatic service and that service ended). Cost for today's service was reasonable, so we will definitely be working with the company again to get back to a regular maintenance schedule.Posted on Yelp

I also had new intakes and extra vents installed so I expected a messy floor, but they clean up and the floor was nearly spotless. They treated my home like it was their own home. The choice began with the price but the company was recommended by a coworker who also happens to be a County building inspector like myself. the work involved replacing two systems. They were done in three days, which is fast. I was also pleased with the crew. Having been a municipal building inspector for twenty years, I know a good contractor when I see one.

Vinh T.23 June 2026I called Shalom for an annual service maintenance. Jose came out to do the annual service and made sure everything was working correctly! From cleaning the AC condenser to checking the freon level. Since we told him the bedrooms were colder than the kitchen and living room, he adjusted the dampers and even replaced a damper that he noticed was broken. Everything is perfect now! Thank you for the excellent customer service, Shalom! Highly recommended as usual!

I have worked with Shalom Air air-conditioning for quite some time now and they have never ever let me down. They are so accommodating, genuinely professional, and I felt very safe with this company, knowing that I was not getting gouged by the price. I received a quote from another vendor and they happily took that quote and laid everything out for me to let me know that I was not getting an affair quote. I would highly recommend this company. The owner Jose in Orlando were the best. Two people I could ever work with. I’m so genuinely happy with their services.

AJ T.18 June 2026Outstanding. Top-tier contractor. I hired Shalom Hearing & Air to install a brand new heating and air-conditioning unit for entire home of above 1500 ft.² back in 2019. We've loved having central air every single second today nearly 7 years later I needed to have the coolant line and some gas lines moved about 4 feet over pr because we're doing a remodel. The technician Malachi came out and after doing some EXCELLENT work, he told me that he was the one that originally ran everything seven years ago and then he's been working there for 20 years. Sharon P.13 June 2026We contacted Shalom Heating and Air via Yelp! on a Friday evening after hours during the World Cup even, and they responded within 5 minutes! Jose was at our house the next morning and troubleshooting what the issue was with our A/C unit. He was able to fix our unit and advised we will need a new unit eventually. He quoted a reasonable price for a new unit versus another one that rhymes with Hervice Ampions...they wanted $20,000 and no duct work! Shalom was about half that price including duct work! You can not go wrong with Jose (the owner) and his crew, I will definitely have Shalom back for any repairs and the replacement! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I called Shalom that afternoon and received a same-day text that a tech would be out the next morning. He gave us a repair option—this time, a pretty serious repair for such an old unit—and a very reasonable quote for a new unit. The thing was, we needed it installed by that Wednesday. "We'll make it happen," he said, and sure enough, their crew was here first thing Wednesday morning; had it installed by day's end. We now have a 16-SEER unit that keeps us cool and is energy efficient. We're very satisfied customers, have used Shalom for years for previous repairs, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C repair or installation. They stand by their work, prioritize customer satisfaction, and run an extremely professional operation.

They were professional, definitely knew their stuff and as an extra bonus, all had great personalities. The job took only a day and a half. After we moved into our new home, he came out and did a thorough assessment of our HVAC system, which had several issues: asbestos insulation, leaky and crushed ducts, an undersized 2.5-ton condenser, and an aging furnace. He clearly explained what was going on and laid out multiple options, including just replacing the ductwork or doing a full system install. What stood out was how honest and non-pushy he was. He took the time to educate me and let me make the decision without any pressure. I initially leaned toward just replacing the ducts, but ultimately chose a full system replacement for long-term reliability and peace of mind. Orlando and his crew worked hard and were very professional throughout the install. They walked me through the new system, explained each component, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running properly end to end. They also corrected issues with the previous condensate line, handled permits, and were flexible with financing options. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend Orlando and Shalom HVAC.

Trisha Warren21 March 2026We moved into our home about 5+ years ago and we had installed an HVAC system with another company shortly after we moved in. Just 2 years later, the system was giving us issues and could not keep the house cool or even reach the desired temp. After multiple hot summers and more money spent on "maintenance" with this previous company, we've decided to bring in someone new. We were referred to Shalom Heating & Air by my cousin who used them to install the HVAC in their new home. I went to visit them and the first thing I noticed was how cool the house was, and how much airflow was happening. So I asked him to hook it up with the contact. This is when he sent me to Orlando who sent us a quote and the rest was HVAC heaven history. Orlando was super responsive every step of the way and was transparent about all the details that went into the work. The guys who came in were professional and respectful to the house, which we really appreciated. In all honesty, I was very skeptical because of past HVAC trauma with the old system, and I was coming to terms that our house is just old and could not ever get cold. However, Orlando assured me that this new system would be top tier! Needless to say, he was not wrong! The last 2 days we experienced a 90+ degree heat wave in LA and working from home.. I wore a hoodie and sweats the entire day because it was just so cold in my house. It's been amazing, and I truly didnt think we could get this airflow. After multiple hot summers and more money spent on "maintenance" with this previous company, we've decided to bring in someone new. We were referred to Shalom Heating & Air by my cousin who used them to install the HVAC in their new home. I went to visit them and the first thing I noticed was how cool the house was, and how much airflow was happening. So I asked him to hook it up with the contact. This is when he sent me to Orlando who sent us a quote and the rest was HVAC heaven history. Orlando was super responsive every step of the way and was transparent about all the details that went into the work. The guys who came in were professional and respectful to the house, which we really appreciated. In all honesty, I was very skeptical because of past HVAC trauma with the old system, and I was coming to terms that our house is just old and could not ever get cold. However, Orlando assured me that this new system would be top tier! Needless to say, he was not wrong! The last 2 days we experienced a 90+ degree heat wave in LA and working from home.. I wore a hoodie and sweats the entire day because it was just so cold in my house. It's been amazing, and I truly didnt think we could get this airflow. I have a very small attic crawl space and didn’t know if my ducts could be changed out. Jose’s crew were able to gain access to the attic and removed and replaced the duct work. The crew was very knowledgeable and completed all the work the same day. They were very clean and another crew showed up later in day and removed the old equipment and duct work. Angelo Dugquem7 August 2025Shalom HVAC is a family-owned business, in the best way possible. We worked with Orlando throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was thoughtful toward my home’s needs. We appreciated the extra time he took to explain the differences between the different options as well communicating the various logistics involved. It was very clear that he had our best interest in mind when going over the cost, logistics, and maintenance. From our interactions, I got the impression that Orlando wouldn’t give us any recommendations that he wouldn’t make for his family. His team arrived on time, was professional, and finished on time. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. We had a positive experience with Jose during the inspection phase of the process - he was particularly helpful. Now, does our HVAC work? We used Shalom HVAC right before the summer season started. It is currently 94 degrees outside, but you couldn’t tell if you’re inside our house – it’s very comfortable to the point that my daughter is currently wearing a sweater. I can say that they know how to get the job done.

When my heating and air went out last year right in the midst of a huge heat wave, I called Shalom to see if they could come and give an estimate. For due diligence, we also called a couple other companies for quotes. Shalom provided a reasonable quote and since I had seen their work and they were willing to come to the Inland Empire, I went with them. They did an outstanding job! I only had to wait a couple of days for them to squeeze us in but it was well worth it!! I would highly recommend them. I was able to use 18 month same as cash financing which really helped. They are a smaller, family run business and Orlando (son in law?) was absolutely great. He was available for follow up questions as we learned to navigate our new system. I researched a lot of brands and checked out a lot of companies and got some quotes. I ended up here at Shalom. Of course I read all the reviews and totally understand why they are rated so high. The are THE BEST ! ! ! Orlando came by our house to see exactly what we wanted and gave us various options. He answered the many questions we had and give us a lot of great information. We had no idea what we were in for, and he took us step by step. He was genuine and professional, it felt too good to be true. He set up a date for them to install, and was excellent communicating throughout the whole process. He was always on time, and so were the guys that installed the system. The guys were amazing. They respected our house and made sure that everything inside and out was placed perfectly, clean lines and all. Although Mitsubishi is in the higher price range, I definitely recommend spending the extra money for them. They cool the house instantly, I am still in shock of how great they work. They also have 0% financing for a year, which is what sealed the deal for us. I can't say enough good things about this company, it feels great to know that there are companies out there that don't take advantage of customers or try to up sell for profit. TRUST these guys, you will not regret it. Thanks for everything Orlando, you are a good man.

From start to finish, Orlando and his team were absolutely top-notch. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly clean; everything you'd want in a service company. The installation was smooth and completed in two days, and the new system is so quiet and efficient. Even though the new model/unit looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye, we decided to place our unit on the back side of our backyard where it is not noticeable to others. However, We're already noticing the difference in air quality and comfort. The best part was how immaculate the attic looks now; it's honestly hard to believe how clean and organized they kept the space throughout the entire job! Once everything was done, the owner (yes, the owner; super nice guy by the way) took the time to do a full walk-through, explaining everything and ensuring we were fully comfortable with how the system works. Vinh Tran2 April 2025Our AC condenser finally broke a few months ago. We held off on getting it replaced since the weather was still cold. 2 weeks ago, we finally got a few quotes and ended up choosing Shalom due to very competitive pricing and good reviews! Orlando was the representative who came out and answered all our questions. We basically texted him every day asking questions and he patiently answered every single one of them😊. Now that's great customer service! Jose, the owner also came out the 1st day to make sure everything is going as planned! We finalized what kind of system we wanted and signed the contract with a scheduled installation date. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and began working. They made sure the floors were covered and kept everything clean. They did an excellent job installing new air vents in each room while keeping the drywall dust at a minimum. Even caulked each air vent to make sure it's all sealed! They removed our old 1988 AC condenser and old gas furnance. Installed a brand new air handler in the attic instead of the garage. Installed the heatpump on the side of our house. Ran new linesets and R-8 ducting. I was so amazed with the platform that they built in the attic to support the air handler. We also added an air cleaner to our system. Honesly, the quality of work that the crew provided was just amazing. They used a leveler for almost everything. Treated as if they were installing it at their home. Took them only 2 days! They made sure to clean up everything and left things the way it was. Orlando came by to explain to me how everything works including the brand new acculink thermostat. We tested out the cooling and heating function. It was amazing! 😊 We are so happy with the quality of work and amazing customer service that Shalom Heating & Air has provided. Thank you again! Definitely recommended! We finalized what kind of system we wanted and signed the contract with a scheduled installation date. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and began working. They made sure the floors were covered and kept everything clean. They did an excellent job installing new air vents in each room while keeping the drywall dust at a minimum. Even caulked each air vent to make sure it's all sealed! They removed our old 1988 AC condenser and old gas furnance. Installed a brand new air handler in the attic instead of the garage. Installed the heatpump on the side of our house. Ran new linesets and R-8 ducting. I was so amazed with the platform that they built in the attic to support the air handler. We also added an air cleaner to our system. Honesly, the quality of work that the crew provided was just amazing. They used a leveler for almost everything. Treated as if they were installing it at their home. Took them only 2 days! They made sure to clean up everything and left things the way it was. Orlando came by to explain to me how everything works including the brand new acculink thermostat. We tested out the cooling and heating function. It was amazing! Very quiet system! We are so happy with the quality of work and amazing customer service that Shalom Heating & Air has provided. Thank you again! Definitely recommended! That was extra surprising because it was after hours. I asked if they could come first thing in the morning and they set a time and even showed up early! THAT'S UNHEARD OF!!! They came, they saw, and they fixed the problem (capacitors) and were in and out in like 30mins! Vents back to expelling the breath of the gods! TL;DR Prompt service, good communication, showed up early, and all for a good price, Shalom Heating & Air is a no-brainer. They definitely earned my respect and my business!

Kat B10 August 2024Jose is the owner and is very involved to make sure we had the best outcome. His employees were clean, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job installing my high efficiency furnace and 3 ton air conditioner. He also replaced my plenum and ducts. My floors are wood and my walls are light, not one mark on either. His employees very respectful. They also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat that is amazing. The whole system was installed in one day and it works absolutely excellent. We interviewed 3 other companies and select Shalom. I would highly recommend Shalom Heating and Air. They did over and above my expectations. I have referred 5 people to Shalom and all 5 have had them put in Heating and air conditioning. All 5 families and friends have been overjoyed with this company.

They return email and phone calls promptly and they charge what they say they will charge. They give estimates after hours, which works well for 9 to 5-ers like myself. They are courteous and customer oriented and very clean when they work inside your home. I would certainly use their services again.

Enrique B.17 November 2023This is my 2nd time using Shalom H&A for a new HVAC installation. I got a few quotes, and these guys were not the cheapest but did offer very good equipment for the money. I ended up getting their top of the line American Standard comminicative variable speed system. The difference between the old single stage system and the new variable speed system is DAY and NIGHT. It is extremely quiet, and we love the level of comfort it has to offer. We got rid of our gas furnace and now run on heatpump. I was nervous at first that it would not be able to heat the house up, but so far, it has been great! The heat that comes out of the vents it is not overwhelming like it is for gas furnace. We hope to enjoy our new system for many years.+4

I worked with Max on contract and he was very helpful and thorough giving me all possible scenarios regarding my existing vents. I fully expected to have a number of holes to possibly patch from the transition of having my furnace in the closet to up in the attic. Very much to my surprise only one vent needed to be relocated! The team who came out and do the install were very professional, nice, and super clean. I can't say enough about how clean they were. I don't think I have ever had work done in my house that I felt the workers left my house cleaner than it was before. They were quick completing the job in a two day window. Blanca was also super helpful with the scheduling and invoicing. While I didn't confirm this with Max - I swear they also fixed my noisy garage door opener. I came home after day 1 of installation and my garage door closed and opened quietly again. I am sure they fixed this somehow as well if not it was a happy coincidence to be fixed! I would recommend Shalom to anyone looking for an AC/Heater installation.

Walter T.22 January 2022I'm so happy I called them. My heater stopped working during a cold weekend in January. I called them early Monday morning. Dennis came around noon, went to the attic, disassembled the heater and showed me the broken part. Made a few calls and went to get the part right away (I'm in Bellflower, the part was in Anaheim). Came back and repaired it ALL THE SAME DAY. I was expecting a huge bill, but it wasn't, very reasonable. Highly recommended, no doubts I'll call them again when I need them. Shalom came through for us by doing the work on the same day we requested service. First, they were very friendly on the phone and gave us an estimated time of service, and told us we would be contacted when they are in their way, which they did. They came at the estimated time and did the repair perfectly, we were so relieved as the weather was cold. My husband said Dennis was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem immediately, returned first thing the next morning with necessary supplies, re-wired our 20+-year-old compressor, and restored the unit to full function. Aaron was outstanding: he was totally courteous and professional and was attentive to Covid protocols, wearing a mask the whole time. And they took care of everything regarding pulling the permit from the City that my HOA required. Priced under $9K (1200 Sq ft) for a full installation of central air and heating as I had only wall heaters and no A/C.

The project went very smoothly with no mishaps. We were quite surprised when Jose said that he could have it done in two days. We were a bit skeptical but Jose and his crew did it! The crew was conscientious about working in an occupied home being careful not to damage anything. They also double checked with us on locations and options. So many contractors don't communicate while a project is going on and just take the easiest way. The Shalom employees are not like that. They want the customer's input and always double checked with my husband and I before they did a permanent install. There's nothing negative that I can say about this company and the employees! They know their business, gave us the best rate out of three bids, sell quality equipment and are true professionals. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Jose and team! Justin D.16 April 2021Jose and his team weren't my cheapest quote, but I trusted them because he was a referral from a friend. He also provides one of the best air conditioner brands in the industry. American Standard/Trane are high rated units and I've been pretty happy with mine since its installation. They even installed my new Nest Google Thermostat so I can control the unit through my phone! I was pretty concerned because I have a three story townhouse and they used a crane to lift the unit up. But these guys are professionals they even showed us how to clean our filter and provided a HVAC test to review how effective our insulation and vents were performing.+1

Had a miscommunication about the confirmation. Most companies would have probably said they'll come tomorrow but Jose sent a tech despite it being later in the evening. They were the only ones in the area that were able to provide a same day visit and with the heat wave going on couldn't wait another day to get the AC repaired. Also felt the charges were very reasonable for the time and service provided. Other companies I dealt with would definitely have charged a lot. Would definitely use them again and refer them.

I have used them twice now and both times they did not make any money off of me- After the first call for a heating system, he said I just needed a new switch and fixed it for a nominal fee. The second service call he was able to fix my central air with a wiring problem and again just the regular house call fee.

yvette b.18 April 2020Our 70 year old Carrier unit finally unfixable...contacted Shalom upon recommendation of neighbors. Victor came out to quote us on unit, ducts and insulation. Pricing was better than the others and equipment we chose was American Standard HVAC 14 made by Trane. Upon approval, equipment arrived within a week and was installed in 1 day! Malaquias and team arrived on time, were neat and courteous. Jose came by to make sure done properly. After a week our unit, which is new emission certified unit produced in October broke down.... Thankfully they are a very quick and honest team and after Jose tried to make some adjustments he sent Dennis out to assess and found to be a faulty igniter. Within a day Dennis was back with part and repaired....no more issues and runs great! They are very nice to work with and back up there work fully! Blanca, Jose's wife was very efficient as well. They showed up and gave us a price along with honest recommendations. My mom was very happy with the crews professionalism and how quickly they worked. They finished the home in 2 days and even added an extra vent because they felt one of the rooms would benefit from it. Maja P.5 October 2019Very satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end. Jose and his team at Shalom were professional, efficient, and left us with a brand new HVAC system that has worked flawlessly for us even in 90+ degree weather these past couple of months. We might have tried to nurse along our old system for another year, but after getting a few estimates and seeing the quality of Jose's work at my mother-in-law's house (she replaced her furnace, ducts, thermostat, and added AC with him a few weeks prior), we knew now was the right time. We were replacing an ancient (early/mid 80s?) Kenmore/Sears system with asbestos in portions of the attic ducts, so we did a complete overhaul: furnace, AC, Nest3 thermostat, ducts, registers, and asbestos abatement. Jose was really good about recommending which units would work well for our house and give us the best value for our money based on our usage. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful. We selected an American Standard Gold Series variable speed gas furnace and Silver 14 AC. The work was completed over two days: one evening for asbestos abatement and one day for removal and install of new equipment. Everything was left clean and in great condition when the crew was finished. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and the airflow is incredible. So glad we found Shalom. Highly recommend.+5

Of course our AC broke down during the hottest day of the summer when it's triple digits, and I'm sure everyone can relate how annoying and disgusting that can be. For a relatively new AC (8 years old), it was unusual to break down 2 times already and I was getting frustrated. Jose inspected the system and immediately was able to identify what the problem was. Completed the job within a day, and cleaned up nicely after their work was done. Jose suggested that we put the furnace and evaporator coil in the attic because it would provide better airflow to our 2nd floor. I felt more comfortable keeping the set up as it was -- furnace in the garage. I should have listened to Jose -- definitely put the furnace/evaporator coil in the attic! A year later after realizing the airflow was suboptimal to the 2nd floor during a hot summer, we invited Jose back to install a second HVAC system in our attic just for our second floor, and keep the original HVAC system for the 1st floor. They again did an excellent job. The second floor HVAC is sweet -- the airflow is so strong and cools the area so quickly. Jose an his crew were always professional and answered all my questions. He explained everything in plain terms, and offered me his lowest price with any gimmicks or hassle. No "buy today" price or anything like that He is the owner of the company, not just some sales guy as typically get. After 3 estimates that day, Shalom was the best price by more than $3,000 Dollar. *** We started the job 6 days after initial consultation. We appreciated the speedy service. INSTALLATION: Day 1: Crew was early, that's a plus for me, they neatly, quickly and quietly unloaded a TON of materials and stacked them in nice orderly fashion. Extremely professional. Everyone was super nice, my Crew-Cheif Malakias is an expert craftsman, I mean really and artist, and he was also super nice and personable. The team were all very friendly and respectful of our home and everything in it. They carefully covered furniture and shelves with plastic and put cloth walkways in the house to protect the floors from their work boots tools etc. They consulted my and my wife on where the vents should go in each room, and we even were able to run the coolant line and gas line under the house and up a wall instead of having new metal flashing on the outside of the home. In the attic the built a new platform, created a service light and outlet in the attic - everything is super sharp. This review is mid-project. I will complete once complete. We are in day-two of installation right now. Bravo, José! DAY TWO UPDATE The entire system is installed and we are using the AC right now. They did a complete install: - All brand new ducting - brand new cement-pad w AC unit - brand new platform, service light, and outlet in attic - all wall-unit-ACs removed and patched (3) - all wall heaters removed and patched (2) - 8 new ceiling vents - extremely clean - removed additional trash that wasn't their's without request - Asked my wife is there was anything else they could clean up before they left. He and his helper (I cannot remember his name, so sorry) looked at the furnace on a Friday evening and did not charge to come out (hard to find) to look at it. They figured it was the intake motor and apologized they could not provide a price until Monday because their vendor is closed on the weekends. Monday afternoon I had a very reasonable price and Wednesday afternoon I had a working furnace! Dennis and his crew will now be our family's go to heating and air repair crew from now on. JEN J.28 August 2018This is the second review I have made for Shalom. A year ago the technicians came out to my house and temporarily rescued me by fixing my 40+ year old AC during a heatwave. Totally reasonable price. To be honest, they were the only company that could come out in less than two weeks and they were more reasonably priced than other HVAC businesses I called. They told me firmly that it needed to be replaced, but they could get it temporarily working during the hot spell. Well Okay Then, is what I though I will call you in November. Did I call no I didn't, and then my AC went out in July 2018. I got three bids all in same range of price. Shalom had the least expensive, but the highest quality equipment. Once I decided on a Shalom, it was smooth sailing. The Asbestos removed, he and his crew worked more than 12 hours the five me AC on a 90 degree day. His crew is amazing, tidy and polite. Boy oh boy do they work hard and clean up after themselves. I only had one little smudge low on the a wall that came right off with a wash n wipe. I really can't say enough. The whole process including the permit process was easy and Jose Nolasco kept everything moving forward. I recommend them.. They are now my GoTO HVAC people. I just couldn't imagine hiring someone else. Thanks to everyone that worked on my system. I am living my cool house and certainly how quiet my system is. Especially since the system blower is in the attic above my bedroom. It used to sound like an airplane taking off, now it sounds like a low whisper and yet I can feel it blowing. Also with out AC my electric bill is 68.00, now running AC 24/7 for whole month of August it is only 115.00 well worth it my old 49+ old system cost about 200.00 based on last August bill. Janice P.16 August 2018Shalom Heating and Air should be first on your list when you need new AC! I had 7 different companies come out to give me an estimate and maybe three of them were professional. Jose, the owner, was professional, was kind, was punctual, and he gave me a reasonable estimate that same day! I narrowed it down to Jose and another company however Jose said that he can get my AC done the next day after the estimate and I took him up on that offer. I do not regret it. My house is cool for the first time in three weeks. The workers came out today and were early 10 minutes. They finished the job in one day and they were very kind and very clean they didn't leave a trace of dirt when they left the house and I am enjoying my air-conditioning. Couldn't get out the same day but came out the following day and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. My parents were happy with their service, and said they were friendly and professional! I contacted a bunch of companies who were predictably booked up solid but Jose was able to help me out and have someone on-site within a couple hours. Pearle C.13 July 2018Our AC broke Friday night and our family was suffering and miserable. I called Shalom Heating & Air as soon as they opened at 8am to see if they could come to our house Saturday morning to fix our AC. Understandably I was told that they were extremely busy but could squeeze me in any time between 1-3pm. I told them that I had a 1 year old and would appreciate if they could come earlier and Dennis was at my house within the hour. He initially said 10am but he came even earlier than that! He fixed our unit within 10 mins and it's been working great ever since. Love their customer service and was so extremely thankful that they came to our rescue so fast.Posted on Yelp

My A/C went out on Friday night! @ 7:45a Saturday morning I called to schedule service hoping they could come out and repair our unit, understandable they had a backed up schedule, but Jose was able to make it by 3:45p, and 60 minutes later ! Destiny G.8 July 2018I called them in a panic during 110 degree summer heat. I am pregnant with twins and our AC broke. It was making my hyperemesis condition worse so I was throwing up even worse. The owner of Shalom said even though he had 15 customers that day he would squeeze me in because he didn't want me to be suffering while pregnant. True to his worse he sent his tech out in a few hours to help me. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them for any heating or AC needs. Wonderful customer service! Great prices too.
